Modern Sushi, Reimagined by Chef Ji Hun Hong

Amazing omakase experience! It was me and my girlfriends first time ever having sashimi and sushi so we were a little nervous going in but everyone there made the whole dinner the best expirence ever. The Hokkaido scallops and blue fin tuna were by far some of the best food I've ever had! And the sake pairing was amazing as well as it complemented the fish so well. And to top it all off the mango creme bruleé was so unique and delicious! This place is a hidden gem and I am so excited to come back!

Mouth watering delicious food with great flavors throughout and equally fragrant aromas for the nose to enjoy. The sake pairing was perfect with taste profiles of fruits to honey and more. Many different experiences to be had with every bite, with each as memorable as the next. Would highly recommend all to sit for at least one dinner for each of the Chef's Chapter menus.

Had such a great meal here! The yuzu scallops were hands-down my favorite — so flavorful and super fun served on the salt block. Everything we ordered was tasty, but those scallops were next-level. The staff were all really friendly and attentive — you can tell they care about their guests. They even brought us free soup just because, which was such a sweet surprise. Overall, awesome food, great vibes, and genuinely nice people. I’ll definitely be coming back!
